We are a newly formed association of owners of multifamily and commercial real estate in the City of East Orange, New Jersey. This association has been formed with the idea that a significant group of likeminded property owners and our business partners, properly represented, can substantially impact how the city addresses our concerns. By enhancing the opportunities for growth, lowering the barriers to entry, encouraging other good, qualified property owners and developers to come to our city, this organization will raise awareness and reduce tax burdens by spreading it over a larger base and increase valuations. We can all agree a rising tide lifts all boats.
